A primary shredder that pays for itself
A pre-shredder determines the yield of everything downstream. The WOLF 9500 reduces material to a homogeneous fraction in a single pass, so crushing, screening and air separation all run more efficiently and your end product becomes more consistent. The machine was developed by WOLF Sales & Development B.V., which brought more than twenty years of recycling experience together in this model.

volume and tilt function together deliver an even feed and therefore a constant load on the shafts.
Twin shafts with angled knives
working length approx. 2,500 mm, diameter approx. 950 mm. The knife geometry draws material in actively; at maximum hydraulic pressure the shafts reverse automatically.
Extra-strong shaft housing
Designed for extreme conditions and sustained work in heavy material.
Two-piece discharge conveyor
The short belt under the shaft housing protects the main belt; both belts are built with steel cord layers. Hydraulically adjustable discharge height and a belt width of approx. 1,400 mm.
Height-adjustable ferrous metal separator
Removes ferrous material from the flow and delivers an immediately saleable metal fraction.
Hydraulics and safety
Double tandem plunger pump, automatic return system, emergency stops on the machine and on the remote control.
