The Maskin Mekano SH1503 is known for its high efficiency and perfect end results. A hard stroke and a relatively flat screen box are at the core of the STE-technology. Through this technology, fast and efficient separation of the product takes place. Each fraction is given sufficient time and opportunity to reach the specific screening deck, resulting in an impressive capacity.

One of the unique features of the SH1503 screener is its innnovative Vibro Block technology. By mounting the screening box and drive in a separate frame and then springing this frame back into the chassis, all the energy is concentrated where it is needed most: in the screening box. This leads to maximum performance and minimises energy waste.

To complete it, the SH1503 is equipped with the advanced CSS (Clean Screening System). Below the screening deck is a ball deck with asymmetric rubber balls. These balls constantly collide with the screening deck, thanks tot the vibration of the screening box, keeping the lower deck free of any material. This ensures consistently high efficiency all year round.
