The Maskin Mekano SH1202 is known for its high efficiency and perfect end results. A powerful stroke and a relatively flat inclination angle, are the basic principle of STE screening technology. Through this technology, fast and efficient separation of the product takes place. Each fraction is given sufficient time and opportunity to reach the specific screening deck, resulting in an impressive capacity.

One of the unique features of this electric shaker sieve is its innovative Vibro Block technology. By mounting the screening box and drive in a separate frame and then springing this frame back into the chassis, all the energy is concentrated where it is needed most: in the screening box. This leads to maximum performance and minimises energy waste.

To complete the picture, the SH1202 is equipped with the advanced CSS (Clean Screening System). Below the screening deck is a ball deck with asymmetric rubber balls. These balls continuously bump against the screening deck thanks to the vibration of the screening box, keeping the lower deck free of products. This ensures consistently high efficiency all year round.
